Omg I took my friend here for an extraction and the staff took such amazing care of her. Renee made her a treatment plan, checked her insurance and the Dr. I think Tinney was super gentle she didn’t even feel it!! I’m telling all of my friends and family to come here and ask for Tinney and Renee are amazingly wonderful!!! The A team!!!

This dental office is AMAZING and by far the best dental office I have been to! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The office manager was very attentive and thorough with the treatment plan! She helped me through the whole process. The whole staff is just amazing and gets 5 stars from me!

Excellent Dental Office the entire staff very helpful and friendly from start to end. I had my cleaning, exam and x-rays. Arrione and Dr. Tinney were very friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me and I was given options to fit my budget and work with my dental insurance. I am very happy to be a patient at this office and look forward to having future appointments and working on my treatment plan.

Very friendly atmosphere

I had a very comfortable and quick dental exam and X-rays. All people were very friendly and answered all of my concerns. My hygienist , Charlene, was very proficient as well as a good person to talk with.

I Highly recommend this dentist office. Dr. Tinney is my dentist, and he had me so Comfortable I slept the entire time he was doing my work!!! I didn’t feel any pain!!!!! Great Job!!!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Dr tinney is the bomb i had several teeth pulled in the same day i was affraid of needles but he assured me i was only going to feel a little pressure i didn’t feel anything and the little guy who does the denture fittinga omg he knows his thing im excited about my new look

I’m a coward, afraid and my anxiety levels do the most when visiting the dentist. Well when it came to getting a tooth extracted on 3/3/2020 it was worthy of every penny spent! Dr. Tinney is Awesome! His Assistant Lacey is Awesome! The care & compassion is above & beyond! I was relaxed overall comfortable with the extraction. My mother loves y’all, I love y’all!

I was so scared to go to the dentist but Dr Tinney was so awesome. He took me in right away and I was amazed how painless and quickly he did the job. I always had a fear of seeing a dentist but today Dr Tinney and his staff made me overcome it with their great service.

My first visit was awesome I haven’t been to the dentist in years and the staff really made me feel comfortable and safe due to the pandemic going on my dental assistant was very nice she told me everything that was going to be done when I got my x-rays she was gentle with the instruments and with doing the x-rays she was very organized neat and cleaned every piece of equipment she used on me very professional and sanitize my hygienist was awesome as well she explain everything I needed to know to keep a healthy smile she made me feel comfortable as well she also was professional neat and clean up after the exam on my teeth and my doctor was awesome too he was gentle explain what I needed to do over all my visit was great the front desk staff was very pleasant also I would definitely recommend this dental office they have good costumer service and guest relations skills I’m very pleased

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome as a new patient. Actually even calling to make the appointment was so easy and the person was so kind and helpful on the phone. The person who greeted me was very kind and made me feel at ease that your office is taking Covid safety seriously. She kindly informed me on how to fill out the paperwork and kindly picked it up for me and returned my ID and insurance card. I was quickly called on for my appointment where the amazing Rosemary took care of me. She was one of the kindest, fast, and professional hygienists I’ve ever met. The dentist I saw was amazing! The room was clean and the chair was super comfortable. I’ve already suggested y’all to several people. I have 2 cavities to be filled and I don’t even feel anxious about it because of how wonderful the staff and the business is. Give all those ladies a raise! It’s so refreshing to find such an amazingly well run medical office in the greater New Orleans area. Bravo! Signed a very happy new patient

All I can say is that the place nice and clean very friendly quick and fast didnt have to wait for a long time about 15 mins I was in the chair D.D.S Mark Tinney was great very gentle I would recommend anybody to Louisiana Dental on Judge Perez

this place saved my sanity. i originally went in when they opened on monday morning to get a tooth removed. the tooth was infected and i went to the ER the night before hoping for some relief. after receiving BS medication and going over 24 hours with no sleep, my usual dentist couldn’t see me til monday afternoon, i showed up to this dentist’s office. they took me back and did an x-ray which showed my tooth was infected; however, it was a strong tooth that they urged me to try and keep until i could get a root canal. i tried going throughout the day taking my antibiotics and “pain meds” that i received from the ER as prescribed, but by 2pm i couldn’t take the pain any longer. i went back to this facility and they were hesitant to pull the tooth since it was infected and could potentially eat up the numbing solution; therefore, i would likely feel EVERYTHING when they pull the tooth. however, they decided to take a chance and pull it due to my desperation. i stood outside hyperventilating (i suffer from panic attacks from time to time) while they made a decision and one of their employees sat outside with me helping me calm down. the tooth was extracted with zero pain. i love my usual dentist, but the care i received from this office was better than i have ever received. they truly cared about my well-being and sanity and pain. i really appreciate all the employees i came across on monday. thank you again.

Just got back from my second visit to Dr. Herbert. The staff there are WONDERFUL! Very helpful, they explain everything in detail and make me very comfortable.Kristi helped me a lot with my insurance and Dr. Herbert is amazing! Very thorough and professional as well as kind. I am so glad I went to this place. Looking forward to having healthy teeth again!

My wife went to another local dentist, and the man ridiculed her and left her embarrassed. Their office refused to work with her at all. Louisiana Dental Center was the exact opposite. They were incredibly friendly and accomodating to her. They created a dental plan, and guided her on what needs to be done next. The only downside we had was that we had to wait a month to get her established as a new patient. Wonderful office with helpful and friendly people.

Khaliq Khan, D.D.S. is one of the best dentist I have ever met. He is honest and compassionate. His strong communication skills always give me a clear idea of what is going on at any given moment. He educated me on his diagnosis, treatment and preventative care. Being able to explain technical information makes him one of the best. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable and I love the welcoming atmosphere he creates. I don’t even live in the state but because he’s so good I don’t mind flying into town for the care he provides.

I would like to thank Dr.Tinney for fixing my teeth that my old dentist messed up. If it was not for him something would either fractured or my tooth could of brooked. I would highly recommend Louisiana Dental in Chalmette for new oncoming patients. The front desk people are extremely nice. All the doctors are nice. Everybody that work their has really good communication skills. I’m very satisfied with this dentist office.

I want to thank Dr. Schier..I had a wonderful experience there Saturday. She is a great Dentist…i didnt feel a thing…and she kept me calm. Did i metion that i am a terrible patient! I found a new Dentist in Dr. Katherine Schier and have already recommended her to two friends. Thanks Dr. Schier!

Loved it. Dr. Khan really cares about his patients and considers their concerns carefully and compassionately. He also provides an honest presentation of treatment options and tells you accurate pros and cons of each method. I really appreciate that he doesn’t just dish out the most “profitable” option but rather gives an honest assessment of what the patient needs. Furthermore, he works meticulously and promotes focus on the QUALITY of care rather than quantity of time/patients. My experience was relieving and comforting. I felt helped without being judged and walked out of the office, more confident about my smile. I highly recommend Dr. Khan and this office if you want quality care.

The staff was friendly. I went in for 2:00p as a walk in to have an extraction and was out by 3:30. Very professional . I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
